Once a good appreciation is achieved, AMCO research thoroughly the sector and relevant data to validate any opinions and assertions are formed. Intellectual Property can be assessed by calculating income, what it may earn in royalties, the cost to establish or replace or, where there are comparables, what it's value in the market might be. Some valuations might be a hybrid of these methods.
